Hanna, Founder of The Fitneesa Studio is dedicated to raising the standard of training for women. Her passion for fitness began after overcoming debilitating injuries through Pilates and strength training. She completed her Comprehensive Pilates Teacher training and specialized in Women’s Fitness to broaden her practice and understanding of women’s unique physiological and anatomical differences. She has a deep appreciation for the bigger picture and strongly believes in a total body holistic approach to training when dealing with clients with injuries and chronic pain.

Sobia has completed her Comprehensive and Therapeutic Pilates Teacher Training and is certified in pre‑ and post‑natal work, working with older adults, and populations with cognitive challenges. She has over 9 years of experience teaching different styles of movement and is passionate about supporting people in achieving their fitness goals in a compassionate, sustainable and holistic way.
